Al Gilbert Grade 7 Tap Technique – Advanced Tap Syllabus (CD Bundle)
The Grade 7 Al Gilbert Tap Syllabus is an advanced tap curriculum designed for students developing greater rhythmic complexity, control, and technical precision. This CD bundle includes the complete Grade 7 audio program, with vocal instruction by Al Gilbert and instrumental tracks.
Grade 7 includes more than 50 advanced tap exercises that build on the close-to-the-floor technique established in Grade 6. This level introduces increasingly complex rhythmic phrasing, syncopated riffs, multi-turn tap combinations, and continued development of nerve taps.
Students also work across a range of tap styles, including Buck, Soft Shoe, Latin, and Mambo, while developing speed, clarity, musicality, and dynamic control. Grade 7 is set to a classic piano-only soundtrack.
