Al Gilbert Routines
Al Gilbert was known as the Pied Piper of Dance and founded Stepping Tones Records in 1952, today known as MusicWorks. He was a dance visionary, poet, entertainer, dancer, teacher, studio owner, choreographer, songwriter, author, entrepreneur, humanitarian, dance teacher advocate, and a true gentleman.
Mr. Gilbert revolutionized the dance industry in 1971 when he created the first Training Aid; the rest is history! He has released 1187 choreographed-for-you dance routines called Training Aids. His Tap Syllabus includes grades pre through nine.
Mr. Gilbert went on to produce Dance Teacher Seminars, later known as Dance Teacher Connection. This legendary innovator has created thousands of original songs, dances, and the world's most utilized and respected Tap Technique. His teachings and syllabi continue to be sought-after and in demand across the globe.
