Mike Wittmers
Mike Wittmers has been dancing for 42 years. Mike and his wife, Amber, are the proud owners of Adaptive Force Performing Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Mike has taught at EDGE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, Millennium Dance Complex, Tremaine, Debbie Reynold’s Studio, and the world-renown Broadway Dance Center in New York. Mike has also taught at conventions for Tremaine, Co. Dance, Dance League, Hollywood Dance Jamz, Dance Masters of America, Dance Olympus, Hoctor’s, The Teacher Workshop at The Pulse, Rhee Gold’s Dance Life Teacher Conference, Triple Threat Dance Convention, and OneRhythm.
Some of Mike’s stage credits include Tap Dogs, “A Chorus Line,” “Crazy for You,” “Singin’ In The Rain,” and Marie de la Palme’s “THE DOOR.”
Industrial and commercial credits include SONY, ABSOLUT VODKA, COMPAQ, TOSHIBA, KIRIN BEER, TOSTITOS FIESTA BOWL, CASINO ARIZONA, SONIC, GoDaddy.com, and various print-work.
From 2000 – 2001, Mike was the dance captain and assistant choreographer for “LAFeet,” – a high-energy live show at Disney’s California Adventure featuring tap, hip-hop, and drumming.
Television and film credits include The Tonight Show, “Maneater” on the Lifetime Network, The Jerry Lewis Telethon, and the widely acclaimed short film Tap Heat.
