Reach for the Stars Preschool Warm-Up

Reach for the Stars Preschool Warm-Up by Lisa Ann Colombo

Reach for the Stars Preschool Warm-Up is a creative movement warm-up designed for preschool dancers of all levels.

Using playful concepts and guided movement, the exercise helps young dancers explore musicality, coordination, and fundamental movement skills in an age-appropriate way. Lisa’s vocal instruction gives teachers a simple structure to follow while encouraging students to move with imagination and confidence.

The warm-up works well at the beginning of preschool dance class, helping students connect movement with music while developing early dance skills through creative exploration.
