Teaching Port de Bras by Janice Barringer is a unique tool for strengthening your dancers' arms. This class will unravel all the mysteries of ballet port de bra positions based on the ABT, Cecchetti, Royal Academy of Dancing, and Vaganova syllabi. The physicality of forming each arm position is explained and performed in detail.

 

DVD Includes:

  • The teaching of 22 port de bras exercises by Janice Barringer
  • After inserting the DVD into a computer, the technique notes and M4v video files may be dragged onto the desktop and used independently.
