With eight total Progressions, anything is possible when you blend the patterns to keep your class continuously advancing. If you begin with April's Beginning and Intermediate Levels of Lyrical Progressions, you will see how everything is connected, leading up to this most advanced level. These exercises can also be used Center Floor as each progression reverses and are excellent for any Advanced Class!
