Jazz Across the Floor Progressions – Intermediate Level by April Atherton gives teachers a structured set of across-the-floor exercises for intermediate jazz dancers ages 10–13.

The collection includes 10 jazz progressions, each taught at two levels, giving teachers 20 total passes to work with. This allows teachers to adjust the material to the needs of the class while continuing to challenge dancers as their technique, coordination, and confidence develop.

Each progression combines jazz vocabulary, traveling movement, turns, leaps, and musicality. Video breakdowns demonstrate how to teach each pass, while performance videos show the completed movement with the accompanying instrumental music.
