Jazz Across the Floor Progressions – Advanced Level by April Atherton gives teachers a structured set of across-the-floor exercises for advanced jazz dancers ages 14–18.

The collection includes 10 jazz progressions, each taught at two levels, giving teachers 20 total passes to work with. This allows teachers to continue challenging experienced dancers while developing greater control, coordination, strength, and confidence through more advanced traveling combinations.

Each progression incorporates advanced jazz vocabulary, turns, leaps, extensions, floor work, and musicality. Video breakdowns demonstrate how to teach each pass, while performance videos show the completed movement with the accompanying instrumental music.
