Bee A Dancer – Digital Download

Bee A Dancer by Becca Retter

Bee A Dancer by Becca Retter is a Grade 1 jazz dance created for dancers ages 7-10.

This fun, funky recital piece has an easy groove that gives dancers room to settle into the movement and perform with personality before the music builds toward an energetic finish. The catchy bee-themed concept adds a playful character that young dancers can connect with and gives the number plenty of audience appeal.

Designed specifically for the recital stage, Bee A Dancer is a strong choice for teachers looking for an age-appropriate jazz piece with a clear theme, upbeat energy, and performance personality. The multiple music versions support teaching, rehearsal, and performance, while the choreography notes and lyrics give teachers a practical framework for preparing the dance for the stage.
