Return Policy

Physical Products (CDs, DVDs, Printed Materials, and Other Tangible Items)

  • We accept returns of all physical products for any reason.
  • Returns are allowed for any item, in any condition, whether new, opened, used, or unopened.
  • The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • The buyer pays return shipping.

Digital Products (Downloads and Streaming Content)

  • Digital downloads and digital content are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • This includes music files, video downloads, choreography notes, PDF files, and any other electronic formats.
  • Once purchased and delivered, digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Orders Containing Both Physical and Digital Products

  • Orders with both physical and digital items will follow the rules above:
    • Physical items → returnable for any reason, in any condition, within 30 days of delivery.
    • Digital items → not returnable.

How to Return a Physical Product

  1. Contact our support team at [insert email/phone] within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with the return mailing address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us. The buyer pays return shipping costs.
  4. Once the return is received, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible physical product returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for digital products, as they are non-returnable.
