Return Policy

Physical Products (CDs, DVDs, Printed Materials, and Other Tangible Items)

  • We accept returns of all physical products for any reason.
  • Returns are allowed for any item in any condition, whether new, opened, used, or unopened.
  • The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • The buyer pays return shipping.

Digital Products (Downloads and Streaming Content)

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after delivery, except where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw or another remedy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a digital-content purchase. This right may be lost once delivery begins only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right, and received confirmation of that agreement. To request a cancellation or refund, use the Return or Cancel link in our website footer or email info@musicworksunlimited.com.

Orders Containing Both Physical and Digital Products

Orders containing both physical and digital items follow the rules above:

  • Physical items: Returnable for any reason, in any condition, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Digital items: Subject to the Digital Products policy above.

How to Return a Physical Product

  1. To request a return or cancellation, use the Return or Cancel link in our website footer or email info@musicworksunlimited.com. For physical returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We will provide the return mailing address and instructions.
  3. Ship the items back to us. The buyer pays return shipping costs.
  4. Once the return is received, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible physical product returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Digital product refunds are provided when required by applicable law.
