Flap Shuffle Heel Center & Across the Floor Exercise by Valerie Rockey is a center floor exercise to work on flap shuffle heels, focusing on sinking into the heel. It can also be taken across the floor. This can be used for all levels at slower/faster paces. There’s a touch of double shuffle work in this as well. This is a fun challenge!
