Janice Ballet Technique
Janice Barringer Ballet Technique offers the most comprehensive ballet technique for the dance studio. With nine levels (intro to ballet, pre-ballet, grades 1-4 with transition grades between each), this technique can assist you in safely training your dancers. And with Janice's vocal instruction, you can save your voice!
Audio: Each level offers audio on three CDs: Disc 1 includes vocal instruction by Janice Barringer, Disc 2 includes instrumental tracks, and Disc 3 is a data disc consisting of the technique notation. All content from these CDs is available as downloads as well.
Video: Each level of technique is available as a DVD video. These videos show Janice teaching each exercise and a dancer performing each exercise. Included on the disc is technique notation as a pdf file.
Bundles: Included in Janice Barringer Ballet Technique bundles: Audio - Disc 1 includes vocal instruction by Janice Barringer, Disc 2 includes instrumental tracks, Disc 3 is a Data Disc that consists of a pdf file of technique notation. Binder: The Technique Binder includes levels Pre and grades 1-4 instrumental CD and DVD. Not included in the binder are levels "Intro To Ballet" and all transition levels. Also not included in the binder are vocal instructional discs. The binder is gold embossed on faux leather and includes technique notation on laminated card stock. Binders are exclusively hardcopy products right now.
